Changes in fungal diversity and composition along a chronosequence of Eucalyptus grandis plantations in Ethiopia

This data contains three sheets. A first sheet named "community_data" with all the taxons in rows and the samples in columns. A second sheet named "Environmental_data" with all the environmental data, and a third sheet called "Funguild", with the identifications of the ecological guilds.
