Data for SEER-Map

This is Data for SEER-Map.All the data (.nd2 files) are captured with NIS-Elements and can be open with NIS-Elements viewer. Introduction Hybridization optimization includes sample pretreatments in three conditions 40-Round FISH includes the data of 40 Round hybridization-dissociation cycles. Demo of Plant-microbiot image includes an in vivo SEER-Map analysis of a 30-strain microbial community colonizing the root of an Arabidopsis thaliana (Col-0) plant (Sample 1, Location 1). Probe concentration titration includes the imaging data from a systematic titration experiment (0 nM to 200 nM) performed on a 7-member synthetic community (related to Figure S1). FISH Ctrl contains comprehensive specificity validation data (related to Figure S2). Other plant samples includes imaging results demonstrating generalizability across diverse plant-microbe interfaces (related to Figure S3).
