Steel et al, 2024 - MATLAB scripts (CrydKO vs C57Bl6/J)

MATLAB scripts for data analysis for CrydKO vs C57Bl6/J mice, for "Light sampling behaviour regulates circadian entrainment in mice", Steel et al, 2024, published in BMC Biology. Folder contains 5 scripts for processing of raw data, specific to each experimental condition week (control, nestbox, forage mix, ramped, DD). 4 further post-processing analysis scripts - to calculate activity profiles, circadian parameters, light exposure and light sampling. 5 MATLAB functions used throughout the scripts: location finder, simplify columns, transitions, Av_1min_day, Av_30min.
