cp_measure benchmarking dataset

Images, masks and dataframes to replicate the results of a CellProfiler pipeline. This data is intended to be used for evaluating the fidelity of cp_measure features relative to CellProfiler and optimize the former.Files included:- `cellprofiler_data.parquet`: CellProfiler feature outputs including object, feature, channel, and values.- `cpm_cellprofiler_joint.parquet`: Joint dataset comparing cp_measure (`cp_measure` column) and CellProfiler (`CellProfiler` column) results.- `image_index.parquet`: Index file containing metadata for images (Source, Batch, Plate, Well, Site, etc.).- `images.tar.gz`: Archive containing the source TIFF images.- `masks.tar.gz`: Archive containing segmentation masks in NPZ format.
