MRI data of an <i>Octopus rubescens</i> arm

Contains the raw MRI data of an Octopus rubescens arm as described in the paper "Topology, dynamics, and control of an octopus-analog soft arm." Data was acquired on a 9.4T Brucker MRI. The zip files are the data provided by the scanner in Brucker's proprietary 2dseq format. Data is also provided converted to a DICOM format. Three data sets are provided. Two data sets are T2-weighted images of the arm's cross-section and longitudinal plane. The third data set is the DTI data used to generate tractography data. DTI data was processed using DSI Studio which can interface with the original 2dseq data format. DSI Studio is freely available and can be downloaded at https://dsi-studio.labsolver.org/
