GNPS - Immune activation in lab-raised stickleback - PRJ3

Lab-raised stickleback from Echo and Gosling and Boot Lakes on Vancouver Island (and their F1 hybrids) were given intraperitoneal injections with alum or saline to induce a fibrotic immune response (or, controls). We flash-froze stomachs and intestines from each fish for metabolomics. Untargeted LC-MS/MS acquisition was performed on a Vanquish Flex UHPLC system coupled to an Orbitrap Exploris 240 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany). Chromatographic separation was performed on a Kinetex 2.6 um 100 A pore size Polar C18 reversed phase UHPLC column 100 x 2.1 mm (Phenomenex, Torrance, CA).
