SITES gamma is a recombination rate estimate based on [46], and SITES Hud4Nc is based on [62]. SITES c/u is a ratio of the number of recombination events per mutation, i.e., gamma divided by Theta (4Nu). PAUP HI is the homoplasy index calculated using PAUP* [58].
