This project involved sequencing of sequential, deduplicated Escherichia coli isolates from human bloodstream infections in Bristol, United Kingdom Isolate Names Beginning "BS" are from 2017/18 and are 3GC-resistant; Isolate Names Beginning 20M, 23M etc are from 2020, 2023 etc and are not selected for antibiotic resistance.
