Dataset for Efficacy and Safety of House Dust Mite Allergoid Immunotherapy versus Native Allergen Extracts

This repository contains the complete analytical dataset, executable R script, and data dictionary supporting the systematic review and network meta-analysis evaluating the efficacy and safety of house dust mite allergoid immunotherapy compared with standard native allergen extracts in patients with allergic rhinitis. Repository Contents: 1. extracted_dataset.csv: Study-level dataset including efficacy outcomes (mean change in total symptom score), safety outcomes (adverse events counts), rescue medication scores, treatment duration, manufacturing methods, and Cochrane RoB-2 risk of bias assessments. 2. Data_Dictionary.docx: Comprehensive data dictionary defining variable names, labels, data types, and permissible values for extracted_dataset.csv. 3.
