MO MoDOT Functional Classes
收藏资源简介:

Functional classification is the process by which streets and highways are grouped into classes, or systems, according to the character of service they are intended to provide. Functional Classification (FC) defines the nature of this process by defining the part that any particular road or street should play in serving the flow of trips through a highway network. There are three principal roadway classifications: Arterial (Interstate, Other Freeway and Expressway, Other Principal Arterial, Minor Arterial), Collector (Major Collector, Minor Collector), and Local roads. All highways and streets are grouped into one of these classes, depending on the character of the traffic and the degree of land access they allow. Received and published by MSDIS June 2026.
