Amplicon sequencing of genome-edited cells established by single-cell dispensing.. Homo sapiens strain:HEK293T, HeLA, PC9

A large number of cloned cells were established to reveal the allele types in the genome-edited cell population. The editing outcomes were analyzed by multiplex amplicon sequencing of NGS libraries produced by two-step PCR. Multiplex amplicon sequencing was performed to genotype all clones. The sequence data includes amplicon data from three cell lines.
