Coelomocyte of sea urchin (Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus)

Bulk RNA-seq experiment of 4 fractions of coelomocytes of sea urchin (Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus) was performed to investigate the evoluionary history of blood cell lineages. Coelomocytes were collected rom living sea urchins by puncture of coelomic cavity, and were separated by iodixanol density gradient into 4 fractions: amoebocyte, vibratile cell, colorless spherocyte, red cell.
