MGEs_database.zip

Non-redundant database of mobile genetic elements (285 059 MGE genes) composed of ICEs, IMEs, transposons, ISs, plasmids, integrons, prophages, and PICIs retrieved from public databases, including those carrying antimicrobial resistance genes (ARGs) in lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria. Publicly available databases were also included: MobilomeDB (v. September 2016), PlasmidFinder (v. February 2020), ICEBERG 2.0 (v. May 2018), PHASTER (v. August 2019), SecReT4 (v. September 2019), and VFDB (2019).

本数据集为非冗余移动遗传元件（mobile genetic elements, MGEs）数据库，共收录285059个MGE基因，其组成涵盖整合接合元件（Integrative and Conjugative Elements, ICEs）、整合可移动元件（Integrative and Mobilizable Elements, IMEs）、转座子、插入序列（Insertion Sequences, ISs）、质粒、整合子、前噬菌体以及噬菌体诱导的染色体岛（Phage-Inducible Chromosomal Islands, PICIs），所有数据均检索自公共数据库，其中包含了乳酸菌与双歧杆菌中携带抗菌药物抗性基因（antimicrobial resistance genes, ARGs）的相关序列。本次研究纳入的公开数据库包括：2016年9月版MobilomeDB、2020年2月版PlasmidFinder、2018年5月版ICEBERG 2.0、2019年8月版PHASTER、2019年9月版SecReT4以及2019年版VFDB。
