RNA-Seq analysis of miR-146a KO vs. WT B cells with T-independent stimuli

miR-146a is a microRNA involved in feedback regulation of immune response signaling and is linked to features of autoimmune disease. Here, we sought to assess the role of miR-146a in B-cell activation and function, with a focus on T-independent responses. Using a loss-of-function approach in a well-validated miR-146a-deficient mouse model (KO), we performed in vitro stimulation and immunization experiments to assess T-independent B-cell responses.
