资源简介:

ESD (Emergent State Dynamics) is an exploratory behavioral dynamics framework for analyzing latent structural changes in international trade behavior using UN Comtrade HS4 export data (Republic of Korea, 2018–2024). Rather than focusing on direct forecasting, ESD models trade relationships as evolving behavioral states embedded within a latent manifold constructed from temporal behavioral features such as growth energy, persistence, volatility, concentration, and activity continuity. The framework combines: rolling behavioral trajectories, latent state spaces, state composition dynamics, entropy-based effective diversity, and Jensen-Shannon composition drift to investigate how trade ecosystems stabilize, diversify, reorganize, or decline over time. Observed structures increasingly resemble attractor-like behavioral regions, where states such as Stable Core exhibit persistent low-drift equilibria, while Emerging and Declining states display higher composition turnover and exploratory dynamics. The current implementation remains exploratory and research-oriented.The notebook intentionally preserves intermediate hypotheses, iterative reinterpretations, failed attempts, and evolving analytical structures as part of the framework development process.
