资源简介:
We investigated the molecular mechanisms by which colchicine regulates host defense in macrophages against M. tuberculosis infection. To elucidate this, we performed global gene expression analysis of M. tuberculosis infected-bone marrow-derived macrophages after colchicine treatment. Bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) were differentiated from 6~7 weeks old female C57BL/6 mice and then divided into 9 groups 1) Naïve BMDMs 2) M. tuberculosis infected BMDMs 3) M. tuberculosis infected BMDMs followed by colchicine treatment for 4 h 4) Naive BMDMs 5) M. tuberculosis infected BMDMs 6) M. tuberculosis infected BMDMs followed by colchicine treatment for 4 h 7) Naïve BMDMs 8) M. tuberculosis infected BMDMs 9) M. tuberculosis infected BMDMs followed by colchicine treatment for 4 h
