To examine the transcriptome of various mimetic thymic epithelial cell populations (CilTEC, MyoTEC, Hetero-post TEC, microfold TEC, endocrine TEC and corneoTEC) we sorted these populations from young WT mice and performed bulk RNAseq mRNA profiles of various thymic epithelial cells (TEC) (e.g. CilTEC, MyoTEC, Hetero-post TEC, microfold TEC, endocrine TEC and corneoTEC) from young (5 weeks old) C56Bl/6 mice ,were generated by deep sequencing, using the MARSseq method.
