Physiological and proteomic traits underlying differential growth in <i>Cherax quadricarinatus</i>

This Excel file contains the primary data supporting the study on differential growth in juvenile Cherax quadricarinatus. Separate worksheets include: (i) individual and progeny-level body weight data; (ii) digestive enzyme activities measured in the hepatopancreas; (iii) energy reserve data (lipids, glycogen, and proteins) in hepatopancreas and pleon muscle; and (iv) lists of differentially expressed proteins obtained from proteomic analyses.
