通过整合分区远传供水数据及营收抄表数据，从分区供水、夜间流量、报警中心、漏损报表、漏损分析、水量修正六个维度进行评分分析，筛选低分分区，供水务公司管理决策。1、数据获取
获取分区名称、日供水量（m³）。
2、规则设定
选定6个判断分区存在异常的分析维度，根据综合评分法，每日执行分值计算。
从分区供水（分）、夜间流量（分）、报警中心（分）、漏损报表（分）、漏损分析（分）、水量修正（分）六个维度进行评分计算，每个维度设定不同的扣分标准及处置建议，单个维度最高5分，满分30分。
3、结果输出
输出评分日期及综合得分（分），筛选出特定日期的低分分区，并可查看具体的扣分模块及扣分原因。

1. Data Acquisition
Obtain the zone name and daily water supply volume (m³).
2. Rule Setting
Select six analytical dimensions for identifying abnormal zones, and perform daily scoring calculations using the comprehensive scoring method. Scoring is conducted across the six dimensions: zone water supply (points), nighttime flow (points), alarm center (points), leakage report (points), leakage analysis (points), and water volume correction (points). Each dimension has distinct deduction criteria and disposal suggestions, with a maximum score of 5 points per dimension and a total full score of 30 points.
3. Result Output
Output the scoring date and comprehensive score (points), screen out low-scoring zones on specific dates, and enable viewing of specific deduction modules and their corresponding deduction reasons.
