Replicate data for "Impact of chelation on reactivity and cytotoxicity of hemilabile biphenyl gold(III) N-heterocyclic carbene complexes"

This dataset is associated with a publication, and contains the NMR pulse program used for the cpmg-esgp1d experiment allowing solvent suppresion (through excitation sculpting) and T2-filtering (through Hahn echo), the python fitting program used to plot dose-response curves and to extract the EC50 values after fitting the data with a 4-parameter sigmoid and the videos and raw images resultng from the videomicroscopy experiments. The data is sorted in three folders containing an additional README.md file which includes useful information about the corresponding files.
