For each of the seven mitochondrial groups identified with phylogenetic analyses are reported: number of individuals analysed (N), haplotype diversity (Hd), nucleotide diversity (π); values of Tajima’s D, Fu’s Fs and R2 tests; sum of squared deviations (SSD) and raggedness index (RI). p-values associated to neutrality tests and mismatch distribution statistics are also reported.Results of genetic diversity estimates, neutrality tests and mismatch distribution for mitochondrial data.
