NAIP Quarter Quad and Photocenter Shapefiles

The National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) acquires imagery during the agricultural growing seasons in the continental U.S. A primary goal of the NAIP program is to enable availability of digital orthophotography within a year of acquisition. NDOP Imagery The National Digital Orthophoto Program (NDOP) is to provide complete coverage of the USA and its territories and possessions, as well as to develop a maintenance program to update digital orthoimagery every 3 to 10 years. NAPP Imagery The NAPP program began in 1987 as a replacement for NHAP, with the objective of acquiring complete uniform photo coverage of the conterminous 48 States over a 5 to 7 year cycle. NHAP Imagery The NHAP program was started in 1978 by a number of Federal agencies combining their funds and knowledge to provide the greatest range of users with consistent and systematic aerial photography coverage of the United States.
