Code and data for: Energy-filtered readout preserves gap-enhanced sensing in interacting quantum dots

Python scripts, result files (JSON) and a clean-run log that reproduce all figures and tables of the article "Energy-filtered readout preserves gap-enhanced sensing in interacting quantum dots" (S. Abdullah). Run "sh run_all.sh" as described in README.md. Version 1.1 (November 2026) accompanies revision 1 of the manuscript. It adds the scripts and outputs for the basis-convergence study (convergence.py, devscan_conv.py), the multi-level rate model (multilevel.py, ml_runs.py, ml_n8.py), the alternative point-contact back-action spectra (spectra.py, spectra_runs.py), the Fisher information of the full detector record (fullrecord.py), the non-secular Bloch–Redfield check (redfield.py), the Coulomb-blockaded sensor dot (blockade.py) and the device schematic (make_schematic.py), with README_revision1.md and run_log_revision1.txt. All version-1.0 files are unchanged except make_figs.py.
