To gain a complete overview of the association of vaginal microbiota with Gravidity, Parity, and Miscarriage, we conducted a cross-sectional study using 16S ribosomal RNA sequencing on 98 women from The Ninth People Hospital of Chongqing. We tried to provide a new perspective on a potential microbial biomarker for adverse pregnancy outcomes. Our primary goal was to illustrate the characteristics of the vaginal microbiota and its correlation with Gravidity, Parity and Miscarriage.
