Data for paper "Shallow coastal bays as sediment carbon and nutrient reservoirs in the Baltic Sea"

Raw data used in the paper "Shallow coastal bays as sediment carbon and nutrient reservoirs in the Baltic Sea" by Gubri et al. 2025.This study assesses soil stocks (top 25 cm) and sequestration rates of carbon and nutrients in 9 shallow bays of the nothern Baltic Sea. Additionnally, isotopic signals from local vegetation and water POM were measured to investigate the potential sources of organic matter deposited in those bays.
