资源简介:
Melanoma is one of the most aggressive forms of human tumors, although highly curable if diagnosed at an early phase. Despite many advances in targeted therapy and immunotherapy, the development of resistance remains a significant obstacle to melanoma curability, one important reason for this is tumor microenvironment (TME). Recent advances is single-nuclei RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) have made it feasible to glean maximal information about cellular heterogeneity, thus making it possible to have a deep insight in the melanoma cancer cells and the TME. Nuclei were isolated from frozen tissue and snRNA-seq was performed on 4 samples, each coming from 2 different conditions (representing a biological replicate) - Start_Point and Tumor.
