资源简介:
The goal of this study is to estimatecomposition of bacterial communities would be structured according to long-term soil management and vary with time throughout the cotton production cycle. We used 16S rRNA high-throughput amplicon sequencing to estimate bacterial diversity and relative abundance of various taxonomic groups. The result of this study provides evidence for the impact and potential benefits of long-term soil conservation practices and soil health for the development of more sustainable agriculture systems by promoting more diverse and resilient microbial communities.
