Titration of poly-T amphiphile-motifs

Microscopy data of DNA-nanomotifs (color channel 1) and amphiphile-nanomotifs (color channel 2). DNA-nanomotifs were mixed with a different ratio of control- and amphiphile-motifs in 20%-steps. Imaging was performed at an ambient temperature of 40°C inside the microscope enclosure. The repository contains miscroscope software data (NIS elements) as well as the scripts used for segmentation of DNA-droplets and analysis.
