Latin America: online consumers who asked someone else to shop online for them 2018

Nearly 70 percent of internet users who participated in a survey during June 2018 in the Dominican Republic stated that they had asked a friend or relative to shop online for them. Both Chile and Colombia rank second, each with a share of 44.3 percent of online consumers who stated they had done the same at some point in the past. Recently, over 155 million people in Latin America as a whole were expected to buy goods and services online.
