Examination of bacterial microcolony development

This dataset contains the data used in the work entitled 'Efflux pump inhibitors from plant compounds: A new strategy to modulate bacterial growth and morphology', which was published in the journal Industrial Crops and Products (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.indcrop.2025.121378).The included data comprise measurements that were funded by OPUS grant 2021/41/B/ST7/04002, awarded by the National Science Centre, in the form of images obtained using holographic digital tomography. The folders contain measurements of bacterial microcolony development for three bacterial species: E.faecalis (control, palmatine - after 24 hours of incubation with palmatine, berberine - after 24 hours of incubation with berberine), E.coli (control, palmatine - after 24 hours of incubation with palmatine) and B.cereus (control, palmatine - after 24 hours of incubation with palmatine, berberine - after 24 hours of incubation with berberine, curcumin - after 24 hours of incubation with curcumin).
