资源简介:
Data underlying the quantitative and statistical analysis of the longitudinal multi-functional optical coherence tomography (OCT) image data. Retinal changes in the very-low-density-lipoprotein-receptor (VLDLR) knockout mouse model were investigated in a longitudinal fashion. Both eyes of 8 mutant mice were imaged every 4 to 6 weeks starting with an age of 4 weeks and following up to the age of 11 months. Both eyes of 4 control mice were imaged at three ages (2, 3 and 8 months). The quantitative data comprises total retinal (TR) thickness, outer retinal (OR) thickness, number of lesions and number of depolarizing deposits.
