This study used the oncomine childhood cancer research assay (OCCRA) for targeted gene sequencing and targeted RNA fusion sequencing on the Ion Torrent S5. The samples are primary patient pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia bone marrow biopsies and they are paired initial diagnostic-relapse or paired relapse-relapse.
