This dataset contains the LoggerNet script written for a Campbell Scientific CR1000 datalogger for thermal dissipation sap flow sensors to take voltage measurements every 30 seconds and report averages over 30 minute intervals for 24 hours a day. It also contains the output files from the datalogger, and the final integrated and processed sap flow data using the Granier (1985, 1987) method for calculating sap flux density.
