[Evaluation] Processed Multi-modal Developing Fetal Lung Data Subset (Visium/Xenium)

Note that this is a <b>processed </b><b>subset</b> of the fetal lung dataset published by Quach et al. in the paper titled <i>Early Human Fetal Lung Atlas Reveals the Temporal Dynamics of Epithelial Cell Plasticity</i>.This subset contains 3745 cells/spots and 333 shared genes filtered from the GW15 Visium and Xenium samples. The major cell class annotations are derived from the subpopulation annotations from the original authors.
