To further understand the influence of ultraviolet radiation (UV) on the toxicity of crude oil to early life stage estuarine fish, red drum (Sciaenops ocellatus) larvae were exposed to UV, oil, or co-exposed to both UV and oil for 24 or 48 hours and RNA sequencing conducted to assess underlying transcriptomic-level effects.
