Disqualified Directors

Our Disqualified Directors dataset lists persons or entities banned ('disqualified') from being a company director due to not meeting their legal responsibilities. Anyone can report a company director's conduct as being 'unfit'. 'Unfit conduct' includes, but isn't limited to, failure to pay tax, allowing a company to trade when it can't pay its debts or using company money or assets for personal reasons.

Additionally, you are not usually allowed to be a company director if you're under restrictions from bankruptcy or a Debt Relief Order making this an essential compliance check when working with registered companies and directors.
