HydroSAR-BD: A Spatiotemporally Adaptive GMM-based Surface Water Mapping Dataset for Bangladesh (2015-2025)

This dataset contains the spatiotemporally adaptive Gaussian Mixture Model (ST-GMM) thresholds, VV backscatter histograms, independent validation points (n=6,000), and sample tiled GeoTIFF water maps at 10m spatial resolution across Bangladesh from 2015 to 2025. It is designed to support the reproducibility of the HydroSAR-BD surface water monitoring framework, which analyzes seasonal and annual surface water extent fluctuations using Google Earth Engine and offline statistical analysis pipelines.
