Source region definitions for the HTAP3-Fires multi-model exercise

NetCDF files containing definitions of the 8 source regions used for the HTAP3-Fires multi-model exercise. The two land mask files are for the same regions, but different resolutions: T42 (1.25° × 0.9375° 288x192) and 0.25° (1440x720) resolution. There is one variable per source region, with values of 1 where the region is defined, and 0 elsewhere. The regions are based on merged GFED regional definitions (e.g., https://www.globalfiredata.org/data.html), and chosen based on this publication: https://gmd.copernicus.org/preprints/gmd-2024-126/.
