Extensive Unified Thermo-Electric Module Characterization

Experimental results for the extensive characterization of the low-cost module TES1-12730 by Thermonamic Electronics Corporation, obtained using the Unified Method for Thermo-Electric Module characterization (see references). Data are processed and visualized using MATLAB version 9.7.0.1319299 (R2019b) Update 5.

Tests are obtained for 14 operating temperature values with step 3 °C between 10 °C and 49 °C.

Datasets include:

Thermocouple-based characterization ( 14 temperature difference values: with step 3 °C between 6 °C and 45 °C )

Thermistor-based characterization ( 24 temperature difference values: ten with step 0.3 °C between 0.3 °C and 3 °C and fourteen with step 3 °C between 6 °C and 45 °C )
