Exploring the degradation mechanism of Auricularia heimuer cultivated with full replacement of sawdust by corncobs. This study measured dtranscriptome of Auricularia heimuer at mycelium, primordium, fruiting stage under sawdust cultivation (control CK) and corn cob cultivation (treatment T1) were measured in this study.
