This Zenodo record contains the processed PDBbind 2020 R1 data used in the RAVEN framework for protein–ligand binding-affinity prediction. The dataset is provided as DGL heterogeneous graph chunks with corresponding CSV index files. A global manifest file is included to record sample identifiers, dataset splits, and graph indexing information.
