RNA sequencing of breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells

To investigate the impact of BUB1B on the transcriptional regulation of the genome in irradiated breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells, RNA sequencing was performed. After treatment with 8Gy ionizing radiation, RNA samples were collected from both NC and shBUB1B cells. RNA isolation, library construction, and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) were carried out following standard procedures. The library products were sequenced using the BGISEQ-500 platform.
