We report the effect of the deletion of STK25 kinase on the transcriptomes of induced pluripotent stem cell derived cardiomyocytes (iPS-CM). STK25 homozygous knockout induced pluripotent stem cells were derived with CRISPR/Cas9 in a wild-type background (WTC11 cell line). This isogenic pair of cell lines were differentiated to cardiomyocytes (Burridge et al, Nature Methods 2014). Three biological replicates of cardiomyocytes per genotype were processed for sequencing on day 15 post differentiation.
