This dataset includes the profiles of CTD, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll-a fluorescence, beam attenuation coefficient), turbidity, nitrate, and photosynthetically available radiation at the same depths where discrete water samples were collected as the in-situ-sensor-measured data. In addition, salinity, oxygen, major nutrients, dissolved inorganic carbon, total-Alkalinity, and chlorophyll-a concentration (bulk and size-fractionated) were measured in water samples collected using a Niskin-bottle rosette at selected depths.
本数据集包含与离散水样采集深度一致的原位传感器实测数据,具体涵盖温盐深仪(CTD)剖面、溶解氧(Dissolved Oxygen)、叶绿素a荧光(Chlorophyll-a Fluorescence)、光束衰减系数(Beam Attenuation Coefficient)、浊度(Turbidity)、硝酸盐(Nitrate)以及光合有效辐射(Photosynthetically Available Radiation)。此外,研究人员采用尼斯金采水器架(Niskin-bottle Rosette)在选定深度采集水样,并对其中的盐度(Salinity)、溶解氧(Dissolved Oxygen)、主要营养盐(Major Nutrients)、溶解无机碳(Dissolved Inorganic Carbon)、总碱度(Total-Alkalinity)以及叶绿素a浓度(Chlorophyll-a Concentration,分为总体级与分级粒径级两类)进行了测定。
