The One Health European Joint Programme BeONE Project – Campylobacter jejuni genomic dataset

Within the One Health European Joint Programme “BeONE: Building Integrative Tools for One Health Surveillance” (https://onehealthejp.eu/jrp-beone/), two complementary Campylobacter jejuni genome assembly datasets were compiled, based on Public read data (https://zenodo.org/record/7120166) and read data collected within the BeONE Consortium (https://zenodo.org/record/7267880). This BioProject comprises the anonymized sequencing reads of the 610 Campylobacter jejuni isolates collected within the BeONE Consortium. Disclaimer: As this dataset was anonymously compiled in the frame of the BeONE Project, some of these data may overlap with others published within Public repositories.
