in situ regulation of quorum sensing microorganisms embedded in polyvinyl alcohol sodium alginate

A kind of embedded particles (PVA/SA@Serratia) based on quorum sensing microorganisms was prepared by microbial immobilization technology based on polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate to accelerate the recovery of the AnGS system after low temperatures. Analysis by metagenomics analysis showed that PVA/SA@Serratia induced high QS activity in AnGS.
