Key factors for using the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) in the organizational level

The data was collected by focus groups in June 2021. A total of 228 statements were identified from 51 participants from 4 countries. The qualitative content analysis was carried out using the New World Kirkpatrick Model. Based on it the distribution of the statements was as follows: Level 1 (Reaction) 8%, Level 2 (Learning) 27%, Level 3 (Behavior) 41% and Level 4 (Results) 24%.

The New World Kirkpatrick Model was used as a solution to address the methodological, implementation and communication challenges of the  International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) education. The New World Kirkpatrick Model Level 4 (Results) statements (n=55) were analyzed based on definitions whether they included external or internal leading indicators or both.
