Genomic profiling of SSCs (spermatogonial stem cells) transplanted recipients (SSCTR), premature ovarian failure (POF) and wild-type (WT) control ovaries.

Through comparing the global expression profiles of SSCTR, POF and WT using cDNA microarrays, the differences among the SSCTR, POF and WT will be revealed, especially about the molecular mechanisms induced transdifferentiation. Total RNAs were isolated from ovaries, including cell transplanted recipients (SSCTR), premature ovarian failure (POF) and wild-type (WT), and gene expression signature was detected by microarray.
