Whole-Genome Analysis of Escherichia coli from different Animal Sources

The purpose of this study was to use whole-genome sequencing to investigate potential reservoirs of ESBL-encoding genes identified in Escherichia coli isolated from swine, beef, dairy, and poultry collected from different regions of the United States.
