Metagenomic Analysis of Endophytic Microbial Communities in Tobacco and Green Gram Plants

This study aims to characterize the endophytic microbial communities associated with the leaf tissues of Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum var. Podali) and Green Gram (Vigna radiata var. Pratap) plants. Using high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene, we performed metagenomic analysis to explore microbial diversity, community structure, and potential functional attributes. The findings will contribute to understanding plant-microbe interactions and identify beneficial microbial taxa associated with plant health and productivity.
